Processes of color consulting
I. Set up an initial meeting:
In this meeting, you will meet with your color consultants to discuss about the colors you want and your design goals. You consultants will advice you to narrow down to one or two colors as they think fit. They will walk around with a camera to take pictures of your property and design details for enhancement.
II. Design phase:
With the pictures of your property, they work on the colors and designs and will email you pictures of their new designs. This will be done on computer programs which help you visualize the new colors on your property. Progress reports will be send to you along with the designs.
III. Test Drive:
Here, your color consultant will meet you at your property so they can apply their color choices and fine tune to the tone and saturation that are right. You consultants will bring quarts of paints and brushes to actually apply the colors on the wall for you to see.
IV. Scale up or down:
This is the most important procedure. You can use any colors that you like on the exterior. However, it is the tones and the saturation that make the color works or not. At this step, your color consultants will assist you choosing the right tones so that the colors are not be disturbing in your neighborhood.

Educated as an fine artist and have been painting for over 20 years, I am an expert in colors and their tint, shade and tone. Since contrast value, saturation, and the juxtaposition of colors are what people perceive, color combinations and their relationship within the environment may be more important than the color itself. With this understanding, education and experience, I can help you achieve your goal and save you time and frustration of making selection. I have been designing for homes in South Florida and have an eye for local architectural styles and details, so I will be able to enhance your uniqueness and add personality to make your property pleasant and inviting. I believe I have the competency in tasks that are entrusted on me.
